Optim Ressources Canada is a management consulting firm, specialising in the integration of sustainable development principles in organisations' strategy, operations and management processes.

We help our clients by providing tailored training sessions and specific tools and methods for the definition of their sustainable developpement vision, plan and policy. We assist their organisations in the identification of new indicators, the adaptation of their processes and the implementation of their actions of communication.

We are Quebec associates of the international organisation The Natural Step and have been accredited by the Quebec Council for Eco-reponsible Events to deliver training sessions and professional advices.

We have also members of several committees and work groups related to sustainable development (SD) amongst which the BNQ SD committee, HEC's Management and SD DESS advising committee et the Ville de Montréal's partners committee.
