Implementation

« London Warm Zone » involves a door-to-door assessment to identify customers who could benefit most from improving the energy efficiency of their homes and thereby lower their bills.
This program also provides an overall assessment of social benefit
entitlement: specially trained advisers help customers complete applications for help.
It has provided valuable support for vulnerable customers thanks to funds from the government, local authorities and EDF Energy’s Energy Efficiency
Commitment program (EEC).
To ensure the success of the « London Warm Zone » , a senior, seniorl management team has been established to run the program.
